Barbara and Conrad started Cobara Authentic Foods in 1999 and was one of the first to introduce Dukkah to the New Zealand market.

After much experimentation we ended up with 4 different flavours of Dukkah which have proved to be extremely popular with the New Zealand public and overseas visitors.

All our product is made in New Zealand using local and imported ingredients. We have a commercial kitchen licence and are rated A with the Auckland Council.

All product is available at the Matakana Farmers market, open every Saturday from 8am - 1pm.
